I have seen your cutrimmer sold at Takach press for use to cut aluminum plates. Can you confirm that cutting aluminum plates will not damage the cutrimmer.
These trimmers are designed and rated for the cutting of paper. We are aware of lots of customers buying these for applications that aren't paper and using them very successfully. But since every off-application is different, we have no idea of knowing what the experience will be over time. It could run beautifully for years, or it could dull the blade in less than a month. So ultimately the warranty and guarantees that apply to this equipment are only valid when running paper.
